Context
G1, GE, Gshow and Receitas were born at different times, with different teams. Each product had its own buttons, cards and its own way of handling themes and accessibility.
Challenge
Standardise without slowing teams down. A design system nobody adopts is just one more library.
Solution
Components with a stable API, shared tokens and accessibility by default. Incremental adoption, product by product, with documentation and direct support to the teams.
Outcome
Component reuse across products, less rework and a common base to evolve the experience of millions of people.
